Your Waco Texas Vacation Is Going To Be Quite The Awesome Experience
Your family’s Waco TX vacation is going to be quite the adventure. You’re about to embark upon a journey that will show you all kinds of great places of interest. There are tours to take if you like, and you can also just stop by individual attractions. Here is an overview of what to expect when you make it to Waco, Texas.
The #1 attraction in Waco out of 49 things to do is Cameron Park Zoo. And let me tell you, there are really more than 49 things to do in Waco. You can also check out Cameron Park, the Waco Mammoth National Monument, Mayborn Museum Complex and take a boat tour along the Brazos River. In fact, there is one boat tour available that will put you taking a tour on both the Brazos and the Bosque.
One place you definitely want to add to your list of things to do is the Texas Ranger Hall of fame and Museum. It would also be a lot of fun to visit Baylor University. There are so many things to do on and near the campus. Plus, you’re going to find some excellent restaurant choices in that area of the city.
You will have to take a walk on the Waco Suspension Bridge, too. That would make a great place to take some family vacation photos. It would also be fun to take a horesback riding adventure down the trails if you have some time. And then there are all the gift and specialty shops.
You will also find a really neat room escape game to play. If you’re up for multiple adventures, you can play more than one game there. There is also the Dr Pepper Museum and the Texas Sports Hall of Fame, too. Check out Valley Mills Vineyards, the Waco Convention Center, the downtown Farmer’s Market and much more. You might also want to catch a show at the Waco Hippodrome Theater.
That’s a big overview of things to do in Waco. And I didn’t even start listing off the gift and specialty shops. I didn’t mention all of the attractions either. In fact, I didn’t make it past the first page. You and your family are going to have a ton of fun as you tour Waco. Don’t forget the tours that are available. You can learn about the area and end up spotting some of these places you really want to spend some extra time browsing.
